An abstract digital collage symbolizing innovation and ideas, set against a dark teal background. A single, glowing incandescent light bulb stands upright in the center, surrounded by several unlit bulbs lying on their sides. The composition is layered with three large, textured orange circular overlays, which partly obscure the unlit bulbs and draw visual focus to the illuminated center light, representing creativity, inspiration, and standing out.

Across industries and geographies, enterprise leaders are confronting a consistent pattern. Transformation programs are active, technology investments are substantial, and capability is not in question, yet measurable growth remains elusive. That is the problem the Growth System Diagnostic was designed to solve.

Rather than adding capability to an already fragmented system, we must map how strategy, customer experience, commerce, CRM, content and technology platforms fit together; and close the gaps where value leaks at the boundaries between teams.

The numbers are hard to argue with. Our study of 4,000 business leaders found that 37% of digital transformation projects fail to meet their objectives, at an average cost of $10.9 million each. Of those that finish, 73% of leaders still can't demonstrate a return on investment.

That's not bad luck. It's a pattern.

Strategy, technology, commerce, content, and data are all running as separate functions with separate mandates. Nobody owns the full picture. Value leaks between teams, accountability gets lost at the handoff, and by the time anyone notices, the budget is gone and the growth isn't there.

AI hasn't helped. Dropped into a fragmented environment, it produces more content without the systems to use it and more data without the models to action it. 77% of leaders said AI forced them to rethink their entire transformation strategy.

The fix isn't a new platform. It's a connected operating model, one that ties strategy, experience, commerce, CRM and loyalty, content, and technology together, pointed at the same outcome. That's what our Growth System Diagnostic does.
