WPP Named Agency Partner for Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker
WPP joins a select group of global agencies chosen to bring proprietary IP, agentic AI capability and industry expertise to Adobe's enterprise customer experience platform.

Adobe has announced the expanded availability of CX Enterprise Coworker — its end-to-end agentic AI system built on open standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) — and named WPP among a select group of global agencies chosen as launch partners. CX Enterprise Coworker is designed to help enterprise marketing teams plan, orchestrate, and optimise customer experiences across the AI platforms and tools they already operate within.
In its announcement, Adobe described WPP as among the agencies "personalizing CX Enterprise Coworker with proprietary IP, agents, tools and industry expertise to deliver personalized customer experiences directly into agentic customer experiences for joint clients."
WPP's inclusion reflects the depth of capability we've built at the intersection of agentic AI, content, and customer experience — and the ongoing work through WPP Open, our AI-powered operating system. For enterprise clients, this translates into the ability to act on Adobe's intelligence layer using WPP's own agents, data models, and domain expertise, integrated into the workflows they already run. It builds directly on our standing as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide AI-Enabled Adobe Professional Services 2026 Vendor Assessment, and is a further signal of the maturity and scope of what WPP and Adobe are delivering together.
