For over two decades, Chandra has helped some of the world's most ambitious brands change the way they grow, building deeper customer relationships through the integration of content, data and technology. He has developed many cutting-edge experiences like the first internet bank in the Nordics; Coca-Cola's first SMS campaign; and some of the earliest integrated experiences across TV, mobile, digital and retail. He’s also been building with AI inside live client programs for close to 10 years, long before it became a boardroom headline.

Chandra’s core belief is that no brand has a competitive edge when they run on the same technology, third-party data and algorithms. Instead, a brand’s dominion over customer relationships is its paramount advantage. Chandra uses a three-pronged philosophy to strengthen brands: Human Relationship Management, Agent Relationship Management and Owned Intelligence. By employing these mindsets, each experience remains consistent and valuable across owned, paid, earned and shared media - while customers are still treated like people.
