Glenda leads the Technology and Commerce business across Latin America, working with teams in 16 offices across nine countries to develop new capabilities, drive business growth, and deliver transformative solutions for regional and global clients. Her expertise spans integrated commerce, marketing technology, enterprise solutions, data-driven transformation, and innovation.

She is focused on helping brands navigate increasingly complex customer journeys by connecting creativity, technology, and commerce to create seamless experiences across marketplaces, retail, direct-to-consumer, social, in-store, and B2B environments.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading organizations including Cencosud, Unilever, DHL, Diageo, Dell, Citibank, L'Oréal and Abbott, previously spending nine years leading an industrial startup. She is also a strong advocate for talent development, strategic technology partnerships and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to drive sustainable business transformation.

She holds a degree in advertising, an MBA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in AI for Business at the Said Business School of Oxford University.

Glenda is a mom of two incredible kids and a dog and loves spending time with family and friends.
