Jeff Geheb

As CEO of WPP Enterprise Solutions, Jeff is the visionary behind its foundation, activation and growth, overseeing 12,000+ experts across 40+ global offices within the WPP global network. The business has driven significant outcomes for client partners including Ford, The Coca-Cola Company, Google, IKEA, Sainsbury’s, Sherwin-Williams, T-Mobile and United Rentals.

Jeff has spent more than 20 years at WPP, shaping pivotal client engagements through his balanced understanding of technology, consumers, business transformation and growth systems.

He accepted the position of leader of WPP Enterprise Solutions because he knows the true ceiling on the growth of most companies isn’t based on the market. Instead, it's the layers of friction within a company's operations that prevent breakthroughs. That’s why Jeff’s vision is to bring together each piece of an organization’s separate growth functions into one unified system - utilizing the competitive advantages of WPP like access to unique data, global partnerships and trillion-signal AI models.

His innovative work helped WPP earn the prestigious recognition of a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services and a Strong Performer in Adobe Services and CX Strategy Consulting Services, as well as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experiences Services.

Jeff remains active with his alma mater, University of Kansas, serving on the advisory board for the KU School of Business. He is also on the boards of advisors for Children’s Mercy Hospital, KC NExT and Digital Sandbox KC. Jeff lives in Mission Hills, Kansas with his wife, Jenny and two children, Evelyn and Graham.
