Stephanie Antonelli

Stephanie Antonelli is the Global Chief Growth & Strategy Officer of WPP Enterprise Solutions, a $2B+ operating unit purpose-built to help the world's largest organizations navigate complex transformation at enterprise scale. She is responsible for building and leading the commercial engine of WPP Enterprise Solutions —owning growth strategy, go-to-market architecture, strategic partnerships and the commercial frameworks that position Enterprise Solutions competitively.

In her 15 years at WPP, Stephanie has worked at the intersection of technology, consulting, and creative, helping global organizations connect enterprise systems with customer-facing experiences in ways that drive measurable business outcomes. She has worked for clients including T-Mobile, H&R Block, Ford, Intel, The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive and Mazda.

A recognized voice on enterprise transformation, Stephanie advises C-suite executives on building sustainable competitive advantage through the thoughtful integration of AI, data and creative capability. She is passionate about authentic leadership, the practical — not theoretical — application of emerging technology and building organizations that are both commercially excellent and human at their core.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. She lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband and two sons.
